By accessing or using yieldwire (the "Service"), available at yieldwire.xyz and through our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
yieldwire is a data aggregation and informational platform that displays DeFi yield data, protocol security scores, and related analytics for the Solana blockchain ecosystem. The Service aggregates publicly available data from third-party sources including DeFiLlama, Jupiter, Kamino Finance, Sanctum, Drift, and Lulo, among others. yieldwire does not custody, manage, or have access to any user funds.
3. Not Financial Advice
The information provided through the Service is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on yieldwire constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of professional advice. Yield rates displayed are variable, historical, and do not guarantee future returns. You should conduct your own research and consult with qualified financial advisors before making any investment decisions.
4. No Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. Data is sourced from third-party APIs and protocols; errors, delays, or interruptions may occur. Security scores represent our methodology-based assessment and are not guarantees of protocol safety.
5. Risk Acknowledgment
DeFi protocols carry inherent risks including but not limited to: smart contract vulnerabilities, oracle manipulation, impermanent loss, liquidation risk, regulatory changes, and total loss of deposited funds. By using yieldwire, you acknowledge that you understand these risks. yieldwire is not responsible for any losses incurred through interaction with any protocol listed on the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and data presentation on yieldwire is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. The yieldwire name, logo, and branding are our property.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) use automated systems to scrape or extract data beyond reasonable personal use; (d) interfere with the proper functioning of the Service; or (e) impersonate any person or entity.
8. Third-Party Links and Protocols
The Service may contain links to third-party websites and DeFi protocols. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites or protocols. Interaction with any linked protocol is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, yieldwire and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
